They even met with the insurance inspector to personally show him the damage they saw in their initial inspection. The cost of the job ended up being more than the initial estimate, but RGR submitted a supplemental claim to my insurance company and my out-of-pocket cost remained as quoted. Mr Bayer inspected my roof and found storm damage. He helped me with the insurance company and walked the roof with 2 separate adjusters. when the insurance denied the whole roof replacement he went to bat for me and got the insurance to amend and raise the amount they would pay.
